I hear the Durham police have carried out an investigation and decreed Dominic Cummings trip from London to Durham was not in breach of lockdown, but his 30 mile trip out to Barnard castle was “a minor breach” for which they propose to take no further action....stating if he had have been stopped by police they would have just told him to “return home”..........but remember this is Durham constabulary! The same force that due, it is claimed, to their dereliction of duty and incompetence, resulted in UK shooters having to suffer more unnecessarily stringent gun licence regulation!

And none of the above will make any difference. Logic has left this whole situation days ago.

It will continue with the press led witch-hunt.

Edit in: An interesting article on the Cummings  - Johnson relationship. I wonder how many people who voted Conservative knew that they were actually voting in Dominic Cummings as Prime Minister. https://www.politico.eu/article/boris-johnson-cant-let-dominic-cummings-go/

😂 Yet more clutching at straws....your posts are gathering an ever increasing sense of desperation.

I reckon Retsdon will have a fair set of calluses on his fingertips from all the researching and posting of links! 🙂

A summary from a bloke called Russ in Cheshire, on twitter, which is about as unbiased / biased as anything posted on here around this topic.

The week in Tory (Cummings special):

42. We still face Brexit under this lot.

As in THHGTTG the true meaning of life(or the "article" in this case) is 42

That's why they're after him.

Oh come on, it is the ONLY story for the last week or two!:w00t:

Well we could talk about Emily Maitliss breaking BBC guidelines by giving her personal opinion on Dominic Cummings.

Can someone let me know when they stop talking about Cummings, he wouldn't get mentioned so much if he cured the virus.

Really really annoying.

From all the fuss you would have thought he created and spread it!

Apparently that is next weeks story line, Strain A of the virus linked to Cummings and his ARPA initiatives...

It certainly is part of the motivation from some quarters but certainly not the complete story.

Who are you ‘ hanging out with ‘ from the forum?

I just wish Boris had said from the outset, something along the lines of....’ yes, Cummings acted unwisely and in other circumstances I may have told him to go, but the fact is this government needs him until we have left the EU entirely. I can fully understand all the reasons why different people want him out, but until Brexit is done he will be staying.’ He’s the PM, and needs to act like one.

Bang on the money.

Speaking as one of the disgruntled millions , I would have been quite happy with the blunt honesty . Sticking two fingers up at the public is just arrogant and offensive.

Best bit is , some of the screeching imbeciles that seem to have nothing better to do than loiter out side the mans house all day would likely believe that.

Quite what they hope to achieve by pointing phones and cameras in his and his families faces as soon as they set foot on the street, I dont know.
I always thought shouting abuse and filming peoples kids without consent in public got your collar felt ?
Surely its at the least harrassment , at worst threatening behaviour or common assault ?

They are making themselves looked deranged, and perhaps they are.
Its also funny how few news channels show the footage of such behaviour.
Whatever the man is , he has patience and a very cool temperament .

Even the Indy feels it 'horrific' with the caveat that its all his own fault !

Good to see the police enforcing the 2 metre rule here.
People protesting a breach of lockdown rules, whilst breaching lockdown rules, and calling him a hypocrite ?
One wonders if they know the meaning of the word ?

They need to save their energy. They have lots of virtue signaling to do tonight on Westminster Bridge.

rent a mob,

hasnt Cummins been shot yet by the firing squad, whats holding it up. Yes he's been rather silly, specially the stupid childish excuses that i would have come out with at senior school for skiving a day off.

Naughty man, smack wrist, and get on with work. And the opposition that want his head on a spike should pop themselves back in their little box shut up.

Just cant stand these people that think they never do anything wrong and think they never will.

I've just grabbed this, South end on sea apparently yesterday!! And I've seen plenty of similar pictures,  but let's all make a fuss because one bloke works  with the Government.

I totally agree, it's absolutely bonkers and pretty disgusting to boot.
