samboy Posted Monday at 19:11 Report Share Posted Monday at 19:11 Hi gang. I have been drinking tea for hundreds of years and can honestly say each brand tastes the same to me. Perhaps it's the long life milk i use. But i got a freebie box of Pig bags today so i will give them a go. One of my pals still uses loose tea and that tastes no different to me. Perhaps it's my taste buds.
TIGHTCHOKE Posted Monday at 19:13 Report Share Posted Monday at 19:13 Pig bags? I reckon your taste buds are shot to ****. The long life milk will not be helping the taste of your tea.

marsh man Posted Monday at 20:35 Report Share Posted Monday at 20:35 I have Twinnings Strong English Breakfast , I warm the teapot up first and then put the hot water in the cup , one tea bag and just enough boiling water to fill up one large cup into the warm teapot , a little milk and to me a perfect cup of tea , I leave the old tea bag in the pot and then add another later on during the day , I have coffee in the late afternoons and repeat the tea process the following day with new bags . Duckandswing Posted Monday at 21:05 Report Share Posted Monday at 21:05 Being a Yorkshireman I can only rightly drink Yorkshire tea. Depends on the mug/pot size but one or two bags in a mug, four in an pot, and at least a six minute brew time. A dash of milk. Perfection. BobbyH Posted Monday at 21:24 Report Share Posted Monday at 21:24 Any tea bags for me, but I do like my Yorkshire tea bags! I have on numerous occasions used the tea bags and Milk substitute ‘Beverage whitener’ in military 24hr ration packs…..When needed, they are the best tasting brews in the world, but when not needed, they taste like muddy otterburn water!
