Trump and Zelensky Oval Office meeting

Anybody watch it, any chance of a peace deal seems to have gone out of the window.  Looks like the US will withdraw support for Ukraine so what comes next?  Europe can't back fill the US support so will Russia take the whole country?  Not looking good for world peace.

Hello, An Absolute disgrace on the USA President, Citing Ukraine will start a 3rd World War , The Ukraine President must be going home broken after that meeting, What now for all the Citizens of Ukraine, They must be more in fear now of Putin taking Ukraine by force and loose all hope of their Country, Will Putin then go for more Countries that were in the old Russian State ,

Hi folks the trouble with Trump and vance is they like the sound of their own voice.Every thing they say they think it's the right thing .they just a set of bullies and biggest rouges in the world

Our own European leaders need to publicly express their  honest views on Trump and his government they are as bad as him but none of them will, i have far more respect for Zelensky than any of the rest of them  .  (although it may well cost himself and his country)

Trump and vance behaved disgracefully like school bullies,and as for demanding a thank you ,how crass when hundreds of thousands Ukranians have died ,Trump is unhinged and vance is his puppet.

I would argue differently, Zekensky will finally understand that the USA was only ever in it for the money and he should have taken the Istanbul agreement and come to terms with Russia, instead of listening to Boris and going to war.

Instead, 100's of thousands are dead, billions of infrastructure destroyed, going to lose 25% territory permenantly and he just signed over half of Ukraine's income to the USA for the foreseeable future.

Again victim blaming, you are the sort that would blame a woman for fighting her rapist. There would be no need for any need for peace talks if Putin / Russia had not invaded Ukraine 🙄

AFAIK Zelensky hasn't signed up to Trumps rare earth deal.

Trump is only bothered about the USA, what he said about the Ukraine only lasting a month without all the help they have had from NATO is correct. 

I'm  not saying what Putin is doing is right, but don't forget that the largest Empire ever was the British Empire ruling 25% of the world and only just over 100 years ago.

Trump said he would end the war. 
Zelenskyy said he won’t give up any land. 
 

Zelensky can now give up land and save face saying he can’t possibly carry on. 
 

Trump said he ended the war and gets significant mineral deals. 
 

Putin gains some land and resources in that terrain. 
 

Everyone “wins” to some degree.

Just because Putin bad, that does not make Zelenskyy good. He’s a corrupt, warmongering, minority oppressor & corrupt ****bag to boot.

Well past time he was reacquainted with reality. Millions are dead. Trump is at least interested in pursuing peace, unlike his predecessor or Boris.

It depresses me how many people have to see things in such black & white terms.

Exactly this. I couldn't believe what I was watching. I'm disgusted at Trump and his team. Talking about money and thanking them when they're loosing hundreds of thousands of lives from a Russian invasion.

I can not understand your thought process, the death and destruction facing a clearly desperate zelensky and Ukrainians trying to fend off a far superior military force, only to receive further bullying from the supposedly leader of the free world.
