steve_b_wales
What shotgun did you first own? Back in 1973 mine was a single barrel Baikal. I bought the gun, a box of cartridges, gun sleeve and a suede cartridge belt for £20 off a mate. I still have the belt now, in good condition. kipper
Mine was a Winchester select 30" 12g multi choke. I still have it. (3-4 years ago) I still have my first ever air gun = BSA supersport .22 braught new 17yrs ago. I have also got a Fabarm H35 Lion 12g Semi Auti Como .22 Air Arms S410k .22 Ruger 10/22 Custom Rim fire. kipper
the hitman
My first gun was a Fabarm 27in barrel skeet gun , with open chokes . It was my dads gun and he though it would suit me for decoying. It was excellent over decoys , using winchester trap100 shells , but i could'nt hit anything consistantly at distance. I still have it and dont think i will ever part with it , it has killed to many pigeons .
deer stalker
to start off with i had a kestral 20bore but after 6weeks and hundreds of cartridges later i changed to a AYA 25 and i've still got it.
Zapp
My first shotgun was an old double trigger Baikal O/U. It had 3/4 and full choked barrels, so was more suitable for light aircraft than pigeons. 'Clean' kills though when I managed to hit the birds  ZB
Baldrick
I still have my first shotgun: an SKB Mod 500 O/U in 20-bore. It must be at least 25 years' old now, as I have had it for 15 years. I'm never going to part with it - too many memories attached to that little gun.

Shootingman
1st gun I had was a 16g s/s hammer gun, won it in a card game, guy ran out off money & put his gun on the table, my hand was better than his so I picked up the cash & the gun, that was back in 1971. scolopax
A folding single barrel BSA 12 bore. My Dad, my brother and myself used to hide in a ditch under a sitty tree with half a dozen decoys out on a rape field, taking turns to shoot the gun, happy days!!! We've still got the gun and I occasionally take it out for a walk around for old times sake. We had air rifles before that, the first was a BSA meteor, shot quite a few rats with that around the farm buildings, again taking turns to shoot. njc110381
My first gun was my Beretta Silver Pigeon. A bit posh for a first gun but I started late enough to be able to afford it. I wish I could have started younger with a battered old thing really, I'd have appreciated what I have now more!

Si-Bore
12 bore AYA Yeomen. Could't hit a barn door with it so I changed it for a Beretta A303 - then I started hitting! That was a year ago - now I have gone back to S/S's and shot well. Si
