Newbie to this
It's when it comes out of both ends at once that it gets interesting! I had it last year came on while shooting at Bisley lucky enough I wasn't driving, don't know how but managed the journey home (around an hour) incident free. Lord Geordie
Wash your hands! If you have or had it! Don't prep food, even after washing hands! Try to avoid touching things in the house, if you flush the toilet, or use a door handle then clean and disinfect it. I had it a few year back and kept it to myself. My son escaped the horror luckily. Worst one ever! Sick every half hour or so for about 7 hours. Then off my food for a few days too. team tractor
Me , Mrs , 2 lads out of 3 at work, the only lad at work not to have it had his dad and sister have it. A customers wife had it this week and I hadn't met her previously . This is all in the past month. Â I wash my hands before any meal Edited October 25, 2017 by team tractor

If diarrohea persists speak to your pharmacist about loperamide which can be purchased over the counter.  I wish you a speedy recovery  atb 7diaw Edited October 25, 2017 by 7daysinaweek

Having WVB when I was 9 scarred me. My only problem is little one has started pre school so its inevitable shes gonna bring the poxy thing back 😰. Mungler
I had it a couple of years back - I never appreciated that it was actually possible to evacuate from both ends and at the same time. Â Saying that, theres nothing quite like feeling like death and having to jump off a toilet youve just pebbledashed to then put your head over to then violently throw up into. Â Sympathies to all who have it.
Lloyd90
Since doing a lot of gym and fitness work over the last few years I've not had a vomiting episode. Â Other people in the family have had it and been sick, I did get unwell with stomach cramps and going to the toilet just no vomiting - knowing my luck I know I'll have a bad one next lol

SpringDon
Blimey! Thought it was just old people’s homes or cruise ships. Never had it and don’t like the sound of it. Please keep it amongst yourselves.

winnie&bezza
Im all against fighting off smaller things naturally but Id love it if they did a jab once a year to stop you getting it.

Fingers crossed 😉 but if you could get a certificate and the all clear from your doctor before venturing in a southerly direction that would be great 😂  On a serious note - hope your feeling better soon. Â In our council you have to phone in and alert them on the first day of your sickness, and if over 5 days you need a doctors note.
