GirlfromtheNordcountry
Are many people here who served in forces? (Not really important, I know, just wondered. At home, all older shooters, of course were conscripts)

Lol After months of selection and testing for aircrew, I found out I had a curve in the lens of my eye which medically bars me from all military service 😣
panoma1
Very convenient if you miss a lot whilst shooting! 😇 45 minutes ago, Lloyd90 said: After months of selection and testing for aircrew, I found out I had a curve in the lens of my eye which medically bars me from all military service 😣

Lol Pretty good actually for a gun with a 20+ Nm range and bobbing up and down on the South Atlantic. After battering the Argentinian positions in Stanley common and the hills to the SW on the 10th May with around 200 shells and again on the 12th they had enough and sent 3x groups of A4`s to deal with us. Unfortunately for us the second wave managed to get one aircratf past the close range weapons and the dark mark a short ways aft of the black line that runs down the funnel to the water line is the repaired hole the 1000lb bomb made. Unfortunately the 4.5 couldn`t do much against the jet that managed to get close, a bit like trying to shoot a driven pheasant with a .
