How come Poland can have zero tolerance and we can't send illegal immigrants back to France?

Because both Labour and even the tories are full of woke utopia believers who are more concerned with their image virtue signaling than the good of uk citizens and we keep voting them in.

Wasn’t this one of the biggest selling points of brexit? Take back our borders? When in reality, same as Poland, we always had control of our borders. It was soft government and human rights lawyers pulling the strings and lining their own pockets who decided that we couldn’t send refugees back. Tony Blair and Cherie Blair cooked it up to make themselves rich.

As a member of the EU we had to sign up to the echr, now we've left, we could with 6 months notice get rid of the human rights act which is what prevents us sending illegal immigrants back. Of course the problem is, our Politicians never wanted to leave the EU and are keeping us as closely aligned to the EU as possible. We might have left the EU on paper, but we've kept almost all of the structures being an eu member entailed, missing out on most of the benefits of leaving. We need a political party in power who believes in brexit and wants to put the UK's own people first.

Poland is a member of the EU and ECHR. It doesn’t stop them sending immigrants away. It is our own policies that prevented us doing so, nothing else.

Our Tory leaders are happy to break the law to stifle infighting amongst their own extremist politicians to take the time to put in place sensible policy.

Yeah because thats a source of absolute truth without any far left wing spin put on it! Not wasted my time reading it but will take a guess at “ An official source said” or “a spokesman said” or “our source said” without naming them…..which means no one said anything so we just made it up.

So to be clear, “our tory leaders are happy to break the law” As far as I am aware, there is no judgement yet which means at this time nobody has broken any law. It’s an accusation only. If the accusations are proven, then fair enough.

From what I have read elsewhere this case brought forward by Asylum Aid is regarding an Albanian national. Again last time I looked, Albania was not a war torn Country. They are a democratic state, albeit a weak one, so why are we harbouring Albanian nationals as “asylum seekers” just because their own government cannot/will not/don’t want to sort out the crime gangs that operate there? Is it the role of the UK Government to sort out Albania’s internal problems?

We waste millions of pounds a day housing, feeding and giving out tax payers money to mostly men of fighting age. They arrive with no id, mobile phones, designer clothes and full of hate for the uk. They are then supported by left wing lawyers and left wing sympathisers (a fair amount of which work as civil servants) who try to stop our government dealing with them.

If this cowardly government and god forbid Labour had the best interest of British people at heart, they would quite quickly put a stop to this ridiculous situation. We have a navy that could be deployed to protect our waters like other nations have done, that have a backbone. Round up the illegal immigrants and deport them. The alternative, which is already happening, does not bear thinking about.

Just for balance, I am not against refugees and I do believe that our country should do its bit to help those people that are seeking a safe haven.
