amateur Posted July 31 Report Share Posted July 31 The scandal is that the BBC senior management were aware that he was under suspicion, but took the decision that he would only be suspended and continue to be paid until he was charged. He did not request or want anything Illegal, but because his source sent some underage stuff, among all the other legal porn, which H.E. did not want, but he received. Then an offence is committed. Am not here to defend nonce-ery, but it’s clear you don’t understand the law, specifically what would happen to you if you reported to the police receiving unsolicited illegal content.
