Duckandswing
As is my want on a bank holiday, I have been perusing a selection of youtube videos comprising various gun reviews. This got me thinking. Who is the most accomplished gun maker/designer? John Browning? Samuel Colt? Glock? The list is endless. Your views please..... He designed a number of guns all those years ago that were long before their time , the A5 alone would warrant him being regarded as the best. Not sure about that but the sheer number and quality of design for me showed he was a gun designer not shotgun not rifle not pistol and not machine but any gun. malmick
Browning, no-brainer. Rifles: falling-block, lever action, slide action, bolt action, semi-auto, Pistols: semi-auto hammer and hammerless, leading to iconic handguns. Shotguns: o/u, semi-auto. Military: BAR, various machine gun actions and .50 calibre of course. If you've shot any or most of these you'll know, and yes ^ he has this hands down.
