Thank you Nigel for all your hard work. If it had not been for you then we would never have been given the chance of a referendum.

Given the legal challenge by "unknown individuals" and Boris getting shafted then I've no doubt there's dirty goings on as expected.

Nigel farage has done this country proud just look at the news EU billions overspending so all members now have to pay extra I for one would tell them where to shove it where the sun doesn't shine but Cameron will pay up as usual love to know where he keeps getting the billions from after all the cuts that we have had to endure

I think he will be back before the next general election as if May gets in as PM we will never truly leave the EU , a very "soft" exit at best

with no more substance than Camerons supposed new deal.

As someone who has voted out twice , 1975 and last month , i still do not believe it will happen..so Nige will have to rise again like an avenging angel.

I suggest we spend the money saved on educating the natives so they can rant in English.

To me, the timing suggests he's been pushed, not jumped. He could milk the press coverage as both main parties are rudderless and in open blood-letting mode, so chucking it in now goes against his grandstanding impulses. Unless being an MEP is a full time job..?

One wonders what he's hiding and whose got the photos...

I'm not a Ukipper, but this is a disgraceful smear that shows a lack of character and judgment.

It is also obviously nonsense, if anyone had any evidence that could drive Nigel Farage out of politics, the media and remain campaigners would have given almost anything for it.

Agreed, I think if we don't make a decent exit, ukip will gain a huge number of voters

In my opinion Nigel Farage should be the main man negotiating our exit, at least he would see through all the red tape and he has a real working knowledge of the EU.. from Auntie.

this is very much the way that i see it , plus , (and i never thought id say this about a politician) , i trust the guy , and i honestly think that he has the best interests of the uk at heart.

What's wrong with you? You seize every opportunity to denigrate and try to belittle the achievements of anyone who did not subscribe to a "remain" agenda....pathetic!.........The country didnt agree with you.............accept it and do everyone a favour and shut up!

:good:

Calm down, Petal. Ignoring the obvious issues of timings - you can't dish the dirt if you don't know about said dirt - why do the righteous blob stroppers on here ignore the main point of a message and get riled by the throw away line?

If he's such a clever politician, why step away now, when the lack of leadership of the opposing parties offers a perfect chance to set the Brexit agenda? Perhaps Carswell knows something the rest of the Ukippers don't?

So his GG Grandfather was a German immigrant, big deal.

A truly distasteful comment and unworthy of intelligent debate.

will it last longer than the weekend this time one truley hopes so a truley devisive indivdual good ridens

Rubbish ! He puts his country first, not the thought of losing a few bob, like some people.

A lot of people on here think the same about you :whistling:

As for Farage, I wish him good luck on the future. I honestly think the changes the EU needs wouldn't happen without us leaving (If we ever do) and he was the man that made it happen!

Nice one mate!

Hear hear! Another one who puts his pocket before his country....

He's probably realised that people may expect him to actually do something as opposed to just talking a good talk.

Now the public has spoken. The real work begins.

Cameron wasn't pushing for a leave vote.

Yes, you are quite correct.

Cameron was the Pillock who underestimated the way the working man fealt and allowed a referrendum and a democratic vote that saw us decide to leave the poor infected beast that the EU had become through poor management.

Correct! He is the only one who would give you a straight answer, wether you liked the answer or not! Good luck to him.....

If Nigel Farage had stayed, the muppets would be crawling out of the woodwork to say it was pointless, as he had achieved what he set out to do.

He resigns and the same muppets crawl back out and start slagging him off again.

The man can't win with some. He deserves better treatment.

A1

More that we had like him, a good man, better than most of the remain retards we hear from

You really are a bitter individual aren't you

It,s his illness that causes him to be bitter.......he,s anally retentive, and the thought of colonic irrigation fills him with horror!

This is soon turning into the Chrisjh bashing topic lol.

Serious question. As he is without a doubt a troll, as shown many times ... Why is he not banned ?

Exactly!

I thought remainers were supposed to be intelligent?

I struggled to decipher that comment.

Never mind, there,s always Care in the Community for him.....
