Major Sharpe
I watched 'Winchester' on Netflix recently, it was pretty good. Also 'Calibre' another shooting related film, enjoyed that one too.
Scully
Ozark and Narcos should keep you busy for a while.

simonm
Oh yes, also Jack Whitehall’s Travels With My Father (both series) - really funny kept me going on the overnight train through Finland!

Rewulf
Star trek discovery, a very different take on the star trek theme. Polar, great film in the John wick style. Stranger things.

moondoggy
Just watched every episode of ‘The Investigator - A British Crime Story’. It was really good, especially as it is a true story.

MrPhantom
Black Mirror - some episodes are better than others, but most are excellent. Stranger Things Mindhunter A few oldies if you haven’t seen them - Breaking Bad, Sons of Anarchy, Homeland
Benthejockey
Another vote for ozark and the umbrella academy. Also better call Saul, I’m halfway through the 2nd season and it’s a bit samey but the first season was good. I might persevere I’m not sure yet. figgy
Get watching the intros when you click through them. Soon as you start watching films or series you get recommendations on similar content. It's hard to know what others like. Queen of the South is good. Drug cartel series. Shooter both film and series worth a watch. What type of gf stuff do you like to watch and it will help to make recommendations. The Mighty Prawn
Definitely watch Norsemen if you get a chance, it’s a Norwegian comedy about vikings which they record in Norwegian and then again in English but it’s the closest I’ve seen to Monty Python humour apart from Python itself. also to second some of the others, Narcos, Ozark, breaking bad
henry d
Tried Netflix at my sisters place and didn`t think much to it, enough rubbish on satellite, but each to their own.

For what it costs (£2 a week for 2 devices) its not the most extravagant TV package. The good bit is you can 'share' it. On any given night in my house, and a lot of my daughters friends houses ! I have up to 4 devices streaming it. As far as content goes, there is far more to it than meets the eye, older series box sets, foreign language films and series, some excellent netflix only films and series, and a whole load of historical programs and documentaries. It's a Starz original but isn't on Netfilx UK. It is on other countries Netflix. I think it is available on Amazon. It is a good series and well worth watching. figgy
It's a cracking series. Much better than pirates of the Caribbean films.
