I know politics is a dirty game , but it would appear that the corruptive EU disease that is the overthrow of democracy is rife within those who oppose the UK leaving the EU. I constantly find myself shaking my head in disbelief at what is happening.

Wouldn't trust the woman right from the start. Without being too dismissive, trust has to be earned? Age has educated me to the point of view that most couldn't be trusted to find their own rear ends if not attached. Goldfish seemingly have more intelligence, attention span and intention to carry out their duty? Once the odour from the trough permeates all is lost except their relentless pursuit of expenses. With the exception of Dennis Skinner and a few others.

Raja Clavata
6,085,174 people signed the petition to revoke article 50. 5,248,533 people voted for the Brexit Party. Clearly the will of the people must be followed as long as it fits with the Brexit agenda.

Gordon R
Quote 6,085,174 people signed the petition to revoke article 50. 5,248,533 people voted for the Brexit Party. Masterful use of valid statistics. Adding weight to the Article 50 petition is the fact that the signatories included Donald Duck and Mickey Mouse. Clearly the will of the people must be followed as long as it fits with the Brexit agenda. But that’s a 53/46% split in favour of revocation. So clearly the will of the people must be followed in favour of brexit.

Plus you can only vote once at the polling station.

The difference here, and this is key, the 5,248,533 people that voted for the Brexit party were REAL people, not a few people sitting in their EU underwear in their bedrooms typing in multiple fake names, with multiple fake email addresses on a pathetic little online petition. Not a valid comparison and the numbers are beyond questionable (a bit like the 'million' that marched though London). This is the dumbest argument I've read from the remain side thus far, clutching at straws. Edited May 30, 2019 by mick miller

It’s a bit embarrassing when people appear to have had a sense of humour bypass. Perhaps recalibration of everyone’s offendometer is in order. TIGHTCHOKE
We've spent the morning reading up on Marcus Ball, he's an odd one. Has apparently used some of the "crowd-funded" funds for a flat, a self defence course and various other items he needed!
