It should have always oy been Christmas day to get together with others. Unless in a support bubble. I don't think the government have done this lightly and were not getting all the info. I work in house refurbishment and people come and go in over 50% of the houses anyway. As a country we are ill disciplined and against being instructed its here to stay for us, until this changes. They’re saying people can’t go to see their families for more than one day, within their own country, but only ‘advising against’ international travel! Eh? I can’t see many complying personally.
