The parent in this sorry tale doesn’t seem the take any responsibility for: 1. Their child being sexually predated whilst in their care. 2. Their child becoming a substance abuse addict whilst in their care. 3. Their child’s privacy and wellbeing being invaded by instigation of a nationwide witch hunt. 4. Profiteering on sordid sex abuse by the lowest of the low, the Sun newspaper, to titillate a paying readership. The Sun is a disgraceful tabloid with a disgraceful owner but lest we forget, it is all the BBC’s fault 🙄 As is everything else in the country… so spouted by the Murdoch press, who happen to be vehemently anti-BBC. Bar possibly the Grauniad. The fact the woman is unlikely to win parent of the year is totally irrelevant. Anyway, it seems there are now bank statements showing he was transferring large sums in exchange for indecent images/feeding a narcotics habit. While I don't disagree with many of your points, how can you claim to know points 3 and 4 above, particularly that it's a which hunt of an innocent presenter, rather than the reporting of a genuine sexual offence.
