A parent’s ultimate priority in life should be to keep their child safe and well. The  parent in this sorry tale doesn’t seem the take any responsibility for:

1. Their child being sexually predated whilst in their care.
2. Their child becoming a substance abuse addict whilst in their care.
3. Their child’s privacy and wellbeing being invaded by instigation of a nationwide witch hunt.

4. Profiteering on sordid sex abuse by the lowest of the low, the Sun newspaper, to titillate a paying readership.

The Sun is a disgraceful tabloid with a disgraceful owner but lest we forget, it is all the BBC’s fault  🙄

As is everything else in the country… so spouted by the Murdoch press,  who happen to be vehemently anti-BBC. Their direct competitor.

How is the printed press...a 'direct' competitor for the BBC?  In any case, Murdoch also owns 'The Times' - more establishment, pro-BBC organ, you will not find.  Bar possibly the Grauniad.

The fact the woman is unlikely to win parent of the year is totally irrelevant.

Anyway, it seems there are now bank statements showing he was transferring large sums in exchange for indecent images/feeding a narcotics habit.  Totally unacceptable behaviour, and a more junior broadcaster would long be gone.

Fire. Him. Now.

While I don't disagree with many of your points, how can you claim to know points 3 and 4 above, particularly that it's a which hunt of an innocent presenter, rather than the reporting of a genuine sexual offence.

I don't claim to know either way, but until its tried in court, other than the 'victim' or 'offender', neither can anyone else?

it has been announced by the Director general of the BBC  that in order to make savings.....News at Ten will now be broadcast from their new studios in Broadmoor....which will fit in nicely with their new weather presenter Charles Bronson

it has also been suggested that the BBC Parliament channel be aired from Wormwood scrubs

JD is well known for attempting to auction off his "Y" fronts......so obviously moves in the right circles to obtain this sort of information
