French set great example

I never thought the day would arrive when I praised the French for acting decisively, other than snatching our hand off when we foolishly gave them millions to walk along their own beaches, ignoring illegals.

However, an Imam who insulted the French flag and allegedly gave sermons which might have incited violence, was treated to the recent speedy action of the French authorities.

Arrested and deported within 12 hours, despite having 5 children born in France and residing there for 38 years. Whilst he has trotted out the usual "I will appeal to the European Court of Human Rights". he won't be in France using their lawyers.

Contrast that with the UKs lax treatment of extremism.

It would be ideal if we acted like that in this country however, methinks we have far too many human rights lawyers and advocates who always work on behalf of the guilty.  Would be a good start though eh?:good:

Yep, bit like Shamima Begum whose legal costs come out of tax payers pockets, its running into the millions and now her legal team want to take it to the Supreme Court after losing her case.

about time we started asking why the farce and cost continue when real terrorists who care to come by dinghy could walk in unchecked with half a pound of Semtex up their backside and receive free bed and board!

On reflection, one has to think of why populations are treated the way they are?

Maybe here, the starting point of lack of care has become more akin towards derision?

Why is nothing ever made better but half the world receives better treatment?

^^^^^ This

the last thing her lawyers want to happen is for her appeal to succeed. That would be the end of the money trail

I am fairly certain that she will succeed based on current trends.

The lawyers no doubt have a conveyor system so that the money never stops? No doubt based on the likely outcomes of each case?
