34 last weekend when my back packed up (old rugby injury made worse by the infantry) and was using a walking stick to get around I felt very old, 5 intensive cyropractor sessions later I feel middle aged hopefully I'll be feeling young and spritely again next week

Daff,

34, Really ? Dam. I thought yought you had a few more years than that over me :sad1:

A few months ago a shooting buddy told me how old he is. I was gutted, I thought he was 3-5 years older than me...........Turns out am a year older than him :/:oops:

I'm a youthful 66 but in my mind I' m 18 . I still climb trees and will not accept that I'm too old to do anything. Every morning I wake up and stretch my elbows out and as long as I'm not touching wood it's a good day. ???? ??????

...........and of course you wake up with a semi.

61 in few months time and I must say I feel it in this last few years , shot 75 clays each with my son and his mate couple weeks ago and it felt

more like 200 , I am ok up to about 50 birds but then had enough now , I can remember not long ago doing a 10 hour night shift leaving work and driving 30 miles for a morning flight after a mile walk to the estuary and wading through the mud to try find some shelter from the wind ,sleet and rain with my old Labrador but wouldn't like to try it now , don't think I would make it back to the car :whistling:
