I am of the belief that may is quite happy to lose this election.she and her party do not want to leave the eu.corbyn will give this country the eu on a plater.once labour has done what they always do.run the country into massive debts the tories will retake power with well you decided to have a labour government and it's your own fault.we are all being played for mugs by the remainers. We will never be free of eu control.cameron bailed when he did not get what he wanted and she is doing the same with her suicidal campaign.

If you are right then that is a very scary thought

I said from day one when the election was announced, he will get millions of votes, young people have been bombarded by the left since kindergarten, sadly there parents were also brainwashed, so there was no alternative view in their lives.

I don't think he will win, but she has set out to increase her majority, if she fails then its a disaster for her.

As fun as it is to come up with silly theories, the people who fund the parties, the ones who donate tens (or hundreds) of thousands of pounds to the campaign etc have a lot to lose if the extreme socialists get into power, and you can rest assured that they are not happy for May to intentionally lose the election.

As if anyone would want to intentionally lose just so they can say 'I told you so' is ridiculous, there's so much at stake.

What I find even funnier is this cynical view that Theresa May and her Cabinet meet in some sort of evil lair and think up plans to 'privatise the NHS and stick it to the poor' as if that's their genuine agenda 😂😂

I imagine all politicalians from any party just want the best for the country, they all disagree about how that's best brought about, and have very different views, hell even amongst their own parties they're always disagreeing!

Even that slimy weasel Tim Farron probably thinks that staying in the EU is best for the Country, hence his constant crying about it!

He's entitled to his opinion, we just don't have to agree with him. And when the vote comes around next month, we can tell him to do one by not voting for his stupid party 😂

In this area the conservative party have always won even if they had selected a monkey as candidate. People used the libs as a protest vote but after the pact they aren't worth that. The problem with these TV debates is that it just degenerates into a promise session and a slanging match. It isn't often that they change anything. The chair person never really rags the candidates about like Paxman used to do. There was an incidental years ago when John Knott was ripped to pieces by Robin Day. Knott stomped off of the interview and threw his mic to the ground. The audience is only small and hand selected so it is all controlled. It's all gone very sterile. No passion.

There are agendas going on in government that you or I could never understand.you are correct in one thing that all parties genuinely believe that they want what is best for our country.and all except ukip who have no chance of ever being a major player are in favour of staying in the eu.we had a Vote we decided to leave.yet those who are supposed to serve have done nothing but tell us we are wrong since.can you honestly say that someone who does not believe in what they are negotiating for can deliver a good deal.

Im sorry, but Im not buying this 'They never wanted out of the EU anyway' stuff.

Besides UKIPs 4 million+ votes, a referendum majority, and anti EU MPs ,I think there are plenty of reasons why May wants to pull off a successful Brexit.

Trying to sabotage the proceedings is Corbyns mission, but even he seems shy..

People forget that these cuts hit honest hard working folks too and always brand Torres as the party of the rich. Labour are the party of Stalinist theology and out for themselves, champagne socialist the lot of them, also champion immigration as by and large these guys are socialist leaning when they vote.

It saddens me greatly that people feel none of the major parties are looking out for people, politics has lost its way..

Wow, This crossed my mind too. Labour will make a complete hash of it and leave an even bigger goal open for the conservstives.. Getting a good deal with the EU will be really hard and whatever the outcome the critics from both sides will be baying for blood. Why not let the fall guy take it.

The politics of envy that corbyn plays on will only last so long. Once it's realised that we can't pay for his promises.

He also seems to forget that 40 or 45% personal tax is better than 98% of sweet FA. Same goes with Corporation tax.

Remember the late 60's and late 70's. I remember my Dad taking me to school and saying that he was only working a couple of days a week (self employed) as it was't worth it as any thing he made went in tax after that..

Plenty of his friends went to live in the USA.. we were only waiting for an elderley family member they ere caring for to pass.

Funny thing is I started work for the Post Office straight from school.. I think It based itself on a Holiday camp. Very well Well paid for doing next to nothing. I hated the way that the guys who worked there just waNted to sit doing the same job until they retired. I Got bored and went to college. Glad I did. Never been out of work and I still feel relevemt in todays workplace. Just to be clear this was 30 years ago. The Post office has changed considerably as as have other once Nationalised companies. Unemployment was high.. Very high. For the job I got 2500 people applied for 8 posts.

We are slowly seeing more and more how the BBC shows king Corbyn being fated and applauded and the rest get seconds if theyre lucky unless someone takes a pop at May or Faron.

Both the missus n me are sick to the back teeth of seeing idiotic students and first timers say go Corbyn but not 1 reporter says to the person you do know there,s no money to pay for this after 13 years of Liebour misrule dont you.

No 1 is asking so when you finish uni and try and get a job and your council tax <land tax> income tax <50% wee krankie style> and nationalised industry bills are unaffordable will you still be glad you voted Liebour .

Our great great grandkids will still be trying to clear the new national debt ,Jezza,s costed to borrow 250 billion but the economic think tank says its 458 billion when added up not by Diane Abbot of course

Watched it on catch-up and whilst TM was very polished and confident there was no doubt from the applause and questioning this was not a pro-Tory audience. It seems to me the Beeb would love another big upset even though Jezzer and his pals would be an absolute disaster for the UK and ultimately our sport. Imagine Diane Abbott as Home Secretary?????

We need very small government focusing on the basic core issues, cut it to the bone, stop nannying people and watch the country flourish, just because people want things, doesn't mean a government should provide it, the stuff I am seeing around me, is an out of control big brother style governance, I suspect its the same in other countries.

I remember a few years back, Nottingham council offered free golf to those on benefits.

Belgium once ran successfully without a government for over a year, when they couldn't elect a party.

Politicians want people to think they constantly need help, they don't, they just want real hope, not platitudes.

This is the worst political campaign I have ever seen, including U.S. elections.
