worrall26
Hi All. Looking to purchase some new tyres for my Mazda BT50. Mostly on road except weekends. dirt tracks and some fields. the ones I have on a moment clog up straight away if off road. only 3mm tread left. Don't mind paying for decent tyres. Love to hear your comments.

ferguson_tom
Last set of tyres i put on a 4x4 were Falken Wildpeaks, i couldnt afford BFs at the time but i was really impressed with them both on and off road. TBH in the future i would save my money and fit the Wildpeaks again and spend the £200 saving on a nice day out with the kids.
R1nut
Bfg would be my first choice, coopers my second if I wanted to save a bit of cash. I had the coopers on a disco performed very well
oowee
I have BFG mt on my hilux.I bought them off FB with alloys for less than the price of new tyres. The tyres are pretty good on road and great in the mud.
Cosd
Have had AT2’s on the Landy for over two years. Majority on road driving. Excellent wear, road noise is almost non existent, been excellent in all weather conditions and very good on sloppy mud. £100 per corner, I’d definitely buy again. John_R
Been using AT2 for years, but for my next car they don't do the right size. I am hearing good things about Yokohama Geolander GO15 A/T.
BrowningDJC
New general at3’s have been all good so far.
welshwarrior
Ran General grabbers AT for 60,000 plus miles very happily so now had AT3s fitted all around.
Delwint
BFG All terrains on my L200, good grip in the mud and snow of last week, and no more road noise than with the road tyres before them
bang bang birdy
Bfg’s on my p38 rangey expensive but worth the money in my opinion
al4x
If you can justify the bfg’s then they are great. I’ve had them and a few sets of generals at and at2 both fine but not quite up to the bfg either on or off road

My shoot is heavy clay and they have got me out of trouble more than once!
Ttfjlc
I bought a set of geolander GO15 at's for my xtrail from black circles after great advice from this site, they're wearing well, not much road noise and the added bonus they're suitable for winter as well. Hendrix's rifle
Another for the yoky geolander. Put a set on my dad's disco 2 and had no issues, mud, snow, ice and been great; especially as he paid 60 quid a corner
B725
I have Mitchelin latitude cross on my landrover and have been happy with them but they are not the cheapest
