Is this pointless Welsh woman as stupid as she appears?

Charlotte Church has denied the song “From the River to the Sea” is antisemitic after she belted out a rendition at a pro-Palestine concert.

The Welsh musician was recorded singing the divisive song, which can be interpreted as a direct call for the state of Israel to be destroyed, during a pro-Palestine fundraising concert at a village hall in Caerphilly, South Wales on Saturday.

In a video posted online, Church, 38, stands behind a banner that reads “Let Palestine Live” at the fundraising event for the Middle East Children’s Alliance charity. She and the choir members wore keffiyeh scarves, which are often worn by pro-Palestine supporters as a symbol of solidarity.

It's highly likely that she hasn't a clue what the songs mean and what connotations may be attached to it. It's likely that she was either asked to perform it or she's seen it in an Instagram short or a tik tok video and thought that was the done thing at these events.

Like most has-beens she'll do anything and appear anywhere as long as there is a fee attached to it. It's also likely that she couldn't give a toss about Israel and Palestine and couldn't point them out on a map of the middle east.

I am very surprised that there is a significant Palestinian population in Caerphilly (a relatively small town north of Cardiff) that could fill a village hall. It's most likely a group of virtue signaling labor supporters and students with dyed blue hair, smelly armpits and pubic hair sticking out their shorts who want to show their twitter followers just how left wing they are by supporting todays most popular cause. The same type who aggressively lobby the Senedd every time someone mentions the Badger cull on the news or glue themselves to the road chanting just stop oil.

pathetic scapegoating of someone intelligent enough to decide for herself what is antisemitism rather than rely on the msm flock to do it for her sales of sheep nuts must be soaring! lol

Come on then explain it to us thickos. What is and is not antisemitic?

I sense a moderator's paw hovering over the block button...

But for the benefit of the confused:

  • Questioning the proportionality of the state of Israel's response to the Oct 7th slaughter = not antisemitic
  • Invoking the 'from river the sea' trope = antisemitic  (as it implies the eradication of all Israelis)
  • Invoking said trope then quaffing champagne = antisemitic + chavvy + braindead
  • Thinking either side want a ceasefire = delusional
  • Thinking the UK labour party's stance on same matters at all = absolutely delusional
  • Caring about Charlotte-bluddy-Church's opinion on the middle east = Ummm, turn off your TV set and do something less boring instead.
