fatchap
a film so bad, so poorly acted. The Title of the film should be a massive clue as to what you are in for. The actors are instantly dislikable. all of em and within two minutes you wish the killer would put you out of your misery and kill em all in one hit. the beginning shows a bloke who apparently is called Hambone, speaks in the 3rd person, Hambone this Hambone that, Hambone gonna do that, Hambone gonna have a good time, and is just generally annoying thankfully he is dispatched very early, no more Hambone. I like really bad movies, Mega Shark, all the Sharknado films, Avatar, Star Wars the empire strikes back, Alien 3000. But Terror at Blood **** lake is just unwatchable. If you don't believe me its on Amazon Prime video. Judge for yourselves. Its truly dire and the makers who probably got change out of 25 quid for the whole production should hang their heads in shame. Its down as a Comedy Horror but its not remotely funny or horrific its just.....well......****.
GingerCat
My boses daughter is the worst I've ever seen. That takes some beating. Couldn't watch it all. Not even half. The worst thing is its actually trying to be good.

TIGHTCHOKE
Or anything with Nicholas Cage or Liam Neeson or Jeanne Claude van Dam or Steven Segal and many other poor actors who happily take the money but don't seem to want to be in a good film! Some absolute shockers being shown during the lockdown, never has the TV Guide been so important for planning night shift viewing.

fatchap
Star wars The Phantom Menace was absolute ****. From the acting to the totally pointless Rastafarian alien Jar Jar Binks

Terrible film, however my wife loved it. Also jus tlike to point out that I cannot stand any film even if its critical masterpiece if it has Jack Black starring in it. Cannot stand the bloke. Totally ruined Jumanji only managed to watch it all the way through because of what Karen Gillan wasn't wearing.

WestonSalop
In some instances, whether you think a film "carp" or "great" really depends on your age. When they were teenagers, my boys watched a favourite of mine with me and deemed it bloody awful. I love it. The Ghost Train starring Arthur Askey...... fatchap
I like terrible films, prefer to watch some dire B movie than anything costing millions such as Star Wars etc. But you do stumble on a film that had no right to be called a film, let alone have been made in the first place. And still after all these years STILL the official worse film of all time is Plan 9 from Outer Space. Not seen it but its got to be bad. Space pirates did the same, most of it filmed on board a space ship, But the battle scenes where ripped off a film called Battle Beyond The Stars. Classic bit of SCI FI the only time you will see a space ship with a massive pair of tits.

discobob
The new Dr Doolittle film is absolutely shocking - not a patch on the original - Musical and all!!
Zapp
Desert Thunder is astonishingly bad. It's just a portmanteau of 90s action movie cliches. It even has a (pointless) redneck bar fight and a (completely unexplained) ninja attack.
Scully
I totally agree about the Jack Black thing. I will watch films with him in them if there’s a lot of ‘effects’ such as King Kong, but otherwise I won’t even entertain them. Incredibly awful actor; I can only assume he has relatives in high places within the movie industry. 🙂
Cosmicblue
Starship Troopers - strangely it got/gets good reviews. Set a long way into the future and the soldiers have M16s, it's like the budget couldn't stretch far enough for a sci-fi weapon, woeful. I loved it!!
