oowee
Great news the shortage of everything is growing daily. Shortage of drivers, and goods is pushing prices ever higher. Great news as this will ultimately reduce demand and benefit our efforts to combat the climate crisis. Latest news is a shortage of test tubes. Darwin in action. It's short term disruption, but instead of importing mediem skilled workers from the continent, who will likely send money home, or in the long run set up their families here and be a drain on public services ect, despite only paying in a few years tax. These companies will now be forced (as they should have done and like they used to before we joined) to train British workers, which will provide decent jobs and wages, taking people off benefits and giving them life opportunity never available to them before. Brexit really is turning out better than I could have hoped. The only real negative so far has been the way Northern Ireland is being treated as part of the EU, the soon we change that the better, it can't be allowed to continue like that. ditchman
one of the ways to cut down on the appalling food waste ....is to put the price of food up (raw goods)....good for the farmers and also it will make people think about throwing stuff away and buying anew...........people just dont value food...and it is time they should...........also i hope to see an end to these terrible TV ads and games where food is treated as a throwaway plaything.......... My mums been saying it for years about people not valuing food, they need to get the school kids back into proper domestic science where they learned to cook real food to sustain people. Cooking good meals with different cuts that the usual sirloin, silverside or some chicken fillets. Then ending up chucking half of it in the bin as they don't know how to use the leftovers to make a curry or a soup for the weeks work lunches

I would argue is another brexit bonus. The euro zone has jumped to 3%, we're doing better than that and free from the cumbersome EU we can be more nimble in how we mitigate it. Brexit has been a real success so far but certainly a world's away from the ludicrous scare stories the remain side was trying to scare us all with.
