adzyvilla
Winnie (aged 17 months) out beating with me on Friday patiently waiting for the first drive after lunch to start after working a hedgerow. It was her first time out on a shoot day and she was very well behaved and did her jobs well. Early days yet, but I think she'll be a good companion. Must be good breeding rather than my training skills!

Most paterdales and other retrieving terriers I know would give a quick shake and the goose is not angry anymore. You don't need a priest if you have a retrieving terrier. JDog
Jasper and Barney on a run this morning in the Wolds. Good natured as he is it must be said that Jasper is suffering from 'second child' syndrome and his behaviour has changed compared to before we got Barney. This will be ironed out in the spring. Jasper is now five years old and Barney is eight months old.
buze
New pup, Isabelle. 8w old, very dignified pup (apart when she goes bonkers for some of the toys). In 3 days she already sits, wait for her food, and does a few cute antics in case that earns her a treat. She definitely has us well trained already!
