The Open Reach guy wanted the router thingy and another thingy fixed to the wall as museum pieces. Both he and girl at Plusnet customer services were nothing short of outstanding. After a couple of days I have a new hub thingy which replaced the other two bits and my internet has speeded up no end and the TV picture quality has improved no end. Bad luck Specsavers!
