You've got to be honest. By BBC standards , it's nothing at all really.

Yes exactly. If what I have read is what he has said or done , then it’s best know one makes any jokes about anything or everyone will be out of work .

At one time I was the only male working in an office with six female data analysts. The banter was just as inappropriate (more if anything). I overheard a lot of very smutty discussions.

As usual it will be trial by silence.  Nobody is saying what he has allegedly done, or when, or to who.

It will be like that dancer on strictly, when it all came out in the end he was more or less cleared and the woman making the allegations suddenly went very quiet.

Vince as computer room junior at 18 one job was to go and get the tapes from data input. A room full of middle age ladies who could smoke and swear like a navi while input 1000 of key depression an hour !

the cigarette smoke was to desk high !I you learnt quickly that you were the but of the joke and the jokes were often about your butt.

got to know a few of them who drank in one of the roughest pubs in town. God they were a laugh . At Christmas they usually ended up scrapping with each other or a fella that might have wandering hands ! Next day all back friends again

different times but it taught me that you could have a joke and a laugh but there were lines and you knew when you overstepped the mark !

Three of his marriage have only lasted about a year.ĺ. what does that show.?

He likes Stag doo's, wedding cake, picks the wrong women and pays for it??

He maybe did think he was untouchable, but putting him in with that lot is harsh in the extreme.

AND like other weirdos who have been outed there will be a rack of claimants showing up out of the murk just like all of the types like Saville, Rolf Harris, Stuart hall and MOhamad Al-fayed and many others,

100% as with most of these stories we hear the bits that make a story and sell news and never the full context of what has been done/said

If it was so offensive call it out when it happens

Yeah but when you've been wheeled in to the controllers office and officially been yellow carded and advised of your future and you haven't either taken it on board and adjusted your behaviour OR  your stupid and arrogantly disregarded the advice then you only have yourself to blame.  He will find that because of this attitude and behaviour that programme managers and sponsors won't want to have anything to do with him.  I used to tell the Mrs that philip Schofield was a wrongun a long time before his world fell down around his feet.  Suddenly he was too hot to be associated with.   His supposed best mate Holly Willoughby off loaded him like a hot potato. He's gone.  That's the world these so-called stars live in.

Right, so he's an idiot, been on the show forever,  was it his and the other blokes idea? Can't touch me, I'm part of the fabric of this show 💪💪 wrong!

Doesn't put him in with the scum you've mentioned.

Early days yet.  All of these stories run and more comes out of the woodwork.  Who would have thought that Huw Edwards would fall out of his tree.  Senior news anchor.  Death of the queen,  the crowning of king Charles. All of the top news he was the top man.  Suddenly he's in the mud up to his axles.  Still they've made their pot and it gives others opportunity. Nowadays if you have a position of some sort you have to think about anything that you do or say because even in years to come that action will probably be dragged out into the light and used against you. The archbishop of Canterbury is a good example.   He didn't do anything specifically wrong but because he didn't do anything that he should have,  that was enough.

I think most of what he's been saying is basically what many of us did years ago in a more relaxed ambiance, just the sort of Benny Hill type of innuendo that can be taken two ways with different types of people and humour. I've seen a Jim Davidson video having a laugh about it.

In days gone by a little flirty backside pinch for example was usually scoffed at by both parties. Blimey the norm was for blokes to flirt quite strong and take the lead in the first kiss and grope etc. Even asking for a date with an office junior or secretary can lead to all sorts of suing these days.

I think its the end for Wallace, there's already talk about replacing Wallace with John Torode’s wife Lisa, think she would fit in well.

That would be the ruination of the show. They already have their own show Weekend Kitchen. Let it rest there.

Ahhh wife tells me he's a nobody along with some weird aussie bloke who think they can cook or apparently know about cooking.

Probably the same as the restaurant we went to a few weeks ago they bought some stacked up food i said yes that's alright well have that. Got a very strange look that's it £19. 49. Won't be going there again.

Could they not get Gromit in instead of Wallace? Definitely won't be **** Strawbridge as he has a reputation for being difficult and a bit sweary, but then again you never know. I do hope it won't be either of the awful Mel or Sue.

what about Guy Martin......he could do the repair shop an' all

what about Guy Martin on strictly ?

The appalling publicity for the BBC when Fat Sarah comes forward with her revelations would dwarf anything that Wallace is alleged to have done (allegedly)

🤣
