lord_seagrave
Kylie 'Fever', 26th May 2002 It was a Sunday and I legged it out of evensong and into a cab and paid a flippin' fortune to get from Greenwich to Wembley. A guy I knew from the nick worked for Ticketmaster, and got us front row balcony seats, and Kylie was all of 10 feet away for a lot of the concert That was bloody brilliant, and superbly tongue-in-cheek. What an entertainer. LS
yates
The Jam,Sheffield Top Rank club, probably 1980/81. Very disappointing and was deaf for days afterwards. Last band Green Day,Leeds 2017. Awesome but strange as there were loads of 50ish blokes like me who took our teenage kids
wandringstar
I am off to guns n roses next month, been 3 times before, I saw the original line up twice at mk bowl in '93, then went to see axl's version at Wembley arena in '06, now I am going one more time to see it go full circle more or less. Also saw slash a couple of years back. That will do me then.

Awesome but strange as there were loads of 50ish blokes like me who took our teenage kids I know the feeling. I saw Secret Affair in 1980 and then again in 2015. I though somebody was going to break a hip in the mosh pit. One bloke had a Zimmer frame.
