Give it six month's top's and the his running mate the  lady of colour will  moved up from vice president and into the big chair, while Grandpa Joe will be safely esconced in his nursing home dribbling soup inbetween nap's . Methinks this was always the master plan anyway .

On the nail. Right from the off I have said he is just the Trojan Horse.  She would be worse the the American people than if we had Corbyn in charge.

One of the lads in work has just said North Carolina is flipping??

This has made me look at the votes again.

Pennsylvania 49.8/49.1%

Wisconsin 49.6/48.9%

Arizona 49.5/49%

They are all very very close, are those states normally do close in the votes? Other areas are much clearer but less than a percentage point in three states does seem strange.

I hope there is a twist 😃😃

Seriously? I can't see that. The margin's almost 75k, the gap's 1.3% with 98% counted. That's been reasonably static since election night. Biden's clawed back 0.1% in the last day or so, but it's going red, surely!

Those were all battleground states and expected to be both close and have high turn outs. In the last week or two of the campaigns, both teams hammered the Midwest. Arizona's got interesting because of Trump's appeal with some Latino voters, but has still got a lot of dem voters in the cities.

I have no problem with that. Thats the way the system is supposed to work, you elect the vice president as well.

Just watching the news . I thought Trump was a total embarrassment during his term in office but  the last few days have been off the scale.  Can you imagine anything like this over here? All as we need now is Trump escorted from office

Yes, Brexit. Remainers carried on in much the same way, now they're at the front of the queue to slate Donny **** Pants for it!

I don’t believe that’s true. Whilst remainers complained and moaned at length about the result I do not recall a national campaign to say the vote was fraudulent.

I do! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Allegations_of_unlawful_campaigning_in_the_2016_EU_referendum

Big difference between breaking laws on campaign rules vs. rigging a ballot / fraudulent votes.

Exactly. Indications are that the losing side in this election will follow suit. I'd suggest more was at stake with Brexit but that probably depends on perspective. Personally I find suggestions that the US will become a third world nation under Biden ridiculous.

Absolutely spot on that. They cried and lied, while accusing the leave side basing their entire election campain on lies, the hypocrisy of it was unbelievable and they still haven't given up despite 3 elections since.

If Biden had won fair and square, Trump would have no traction, the problem is that due to the irregularities from software 'mistakes', ballot tampering through date and witness fraud, counts being 100% for Biden with no votes at all for Trump, multiple votes from same person and dead people voting etc etc no one can be 100% certain who won and whilst this an ongoing repeating failure of the American voting system, it allows the candidates to ask the courts to rule on evidence presented before confirmation of the winner.

All the "Trump must concede" mutterings are from those who support Biden, trying to cover over any fraudulant activities and prevent the dirty linen being washed in public.

Legally (and that is what counts) Trump is acting within the law and his rights to do what he is doing, the Supreme Court will decide on any rights or wrongs.

But unless I’m mistaken, there was a nationwide campaign to get the result overturned, involving politicians, big business and factions of society in general.

As of this mornign JB sits on 259 vs DJT on 214. No clear mandate to call himself 'President-Elect', yet. However, the media for some strange reason appears to have crowned him already; that's not how the constitution works. Why is Biden and the Democratic party flat-out refusing to allow the results and ballots to be independently verified? It would clear this mess up.

Really ?
Russia ? Cambridge Analytica ? Peoples vote ? 'You didnt know/understand what you were voting for' ?
'You will be dead soon, so its unfair'
'Only the 'old' voted for Brexit'
Various high court writs to frustrate its implementation ?

I think America needs some Brit style remainer logic

can Trump "pardon" himself ?

Tony Blare more or less did so.. before he left office...deleting / shedding his paper trail before he left ....which was his right to do so !!!

Usually done when a Vice President becomes President because of a problem and the new President can pardon the old President.

Incorrect. Correct results are here. No media bias (note for the hard of thinking, media companies don;t call elections). Note 'grey' states, where the count hasn't finished, including Pennsylvania. The AP just lumped that in for Biden too, fits the narrative, ummm... you can't decide that unless you're living in a banana republic.

Thanks, Im aware the AP one (who have called it)  that I showed is not correct, but projected.
It was actually part of a meme that didnt get copied over correctly, but just showed the correlation % between Brexit and the US election.

It seems 90 % of the media are rubbing their hands with glee that they have finally 'ousted ' the Donald.
Oh what beautiful irony it would be if their dreams were shattered :good:

This apparantly is part of Trumps modus operandi. Claiming corruption, bribes, false accounting etc to smear business rivals and renege on contracts long before he ever went into politics.

Yep, my understanding too and he clearly set his stall out on this early in his re-election campaign.

Did anyone really query the actual vote count in Brexit? I don't believe so.
