Maybe the 'others' whoever they are are just a bit 'slower'. Did a bit of research, just looks like MHRA were just really on the money with this and, of course, able to conclude on the approval without the need for others to concur. I get why it would be quicker than the EU but quicker than the US or Asian countries such as Singapore? There is a lot of kudos to be gained from being first so just really surprised that others weren’t over this as much as we were. Can’t imagine many countries saying “it’s Friday, let’s pick this up on Monday” 2 minutes ago, Smokersmith said: Also it appears the UK Govt was first to sign a deal with the Pfizer ... A good result anyway. 15 minutes ago, Smokersmith said: Also it appears the UK Govt was first to sign a deal with the Pfizer ... Another good result - even if it may end up being somewhat difficult to 'work with' due to the storage temperature restrictions. 13 minutes ago, AVB said: but quicker than the US or Asian countries such as Singapore? The US can be very bureaucratic and are also very very worried over law suits. Asian and Singapore, I have no idea, but someone has to be first.
