Going in and standing as a deterrent, if this had been actioned then maybe we'd not be 24 pages into a conversation about the madness that is going on. You have to remember that the SNP top table is populated by ex members of the communist party and CND and is probably closer to Putin's ideology than you might think. Russia specifically raised the Ukranian, American funded biolabs researching "defensive" biological weapons (hint there is no such thing) months before invading as one of the last straws and is using thermobaric weapons to destroy those it captures.... My comments came after speaking with a mate who works for the RAF. This is what alot of his colleagues also thought. There were ways of stopping this way before Russia crossed the line.
