Speaking to a top bird watcher yesterday he had seen his first Swallows in the Yarmouth area, but I don't see any until we get a decent warm day which this year they are in very short supply. Teal
Saw two swallows here (Wilts) on Friday, and then a pack of seven on Saturday. However, they didn't hang around and haven't seen any for the last three days. So likely they have continued their journey upcountry. norfolk dumpling
No signs in Sth Norfolk. I've been looking and suspect the Beast from the East - and buckets of rain - may have held them back. No shortage of buzzards however - they are everywhere!
