If the "wot we 'ad for tea"..section annoys you .....then dontbother to click on it ...simple.............it is one of the few sections that make me larf....and it is real....posted by real people

many of the posts are made by shooters (ex) that shot pigeons before the advent of rotarys and lithium batteries...we used to make do with cardboard cut outs from the Shooting times that we used to paint grey

many of us are cut off from society..and we treat this forum as a meeting place ...is that wrong ??

this forum is free...and i like many have offered a small yearly payment to keep it going........but remember the forum contuines to remain alive as it makes a profit thro advertising fro the owner...if it didnt we wouldnt be having this conversation

just chill out and refind your sense of humour ...

Being serious for a minute, I think you know the answer to that.

Whether you have chosen to withdraw from society, or whether it's through happenstance, there are other options available.

At the very least, there's plenty of other fora out there, if you must be overly dependent on virtual friends, don't put all your eggs in one virtual basket?

....and you try telling that to the young folk of today, and they'll be highly sceptical.

non slip is very very important....i would add the creme de la creme of the non slip trays ,,,have an attatched easy clean "levelling " cushion underneath.....and has fittings that fit snugly and safely onto the front wheel drive zimmer frame...

I don’t care what anyone says, the subject can be non slip dinner trays, root ginger (where is MelB by the way, hope he’s ok), even fat Sarah, with or without an H, as long as it’s all done with good humour, not taken too seriously and doesn’t become a slanging match, this is a brilliant forum to belong to with some wickedly humourous but also very knowledgeable people on here. I just love the banter, but have also learnt a great deal.

That`s exactly what I mean about the banter. Brilliant and also good to know that Mel is OK.

Thanks Ditchy
