Sutherland. It's been a few years since we were there, so I'm looking forward to it. We had three weeks in New Zealand over Christmas, but I'm just as excited to go back to the NW of Scotland. Hoping to knock off a few 2-day climbs whilst up there and the fishing kayak may even get there - although it's hellishly far from Dorset!

We have just booked a few days in Venice for April. We haven’t been since lockdown and this will be our first trip abroad together since then.
It’s a bit of a working trip really, but work of the best kind with like minded people and should be wonderful.
Late in the year we hope to get back to Budle Bay for a week in Northumberland with the dogs on the beach. 👍

We will be visiting the east coast of Scotland at some point, plus north Wales. Wife also fancies another trip to Dorset.

We have been to St Ives Cornwall 40+ times and no doubt will be yet again this year - great choice Dunks. We try to avoid school holidays as parking gets a bit daft.

Fantastic.  I  seem to have hit a common note here.  It makes me feel a bit cautious.  Don't know if others are taking consideration of the war in Gazza and the possible random effects of that conflict regarding randomviolent attacks on holidays such as the fatal beach attack in Tunisià the other year. Are your holiday plans normal holidays or have they been prompted by the bad weather.?
