I always suspected that when the rubber hit the road and Johnson was faced with proper responsibilities that he would prove to be an empty vessel. And so it's proved.

Unless the EU cut the rope themselves ( which Ireland would veto) then a two year plus extension is looking odds on. Then it'll be 6 years after the Referendum vote and with the issues all still unresolved another vote would be a certainly. And by that time people will be so utterly sick of the nonsense that they'll vote Remain just to put the thing to bed.

The man's just a chancer, and he's almost certainly blown Brexit for you. If he hadn't stabbed May in the back Britain would be officially out already.

Not too sure. But I do know that the other woman that was there that supposedly said that Boris did the same, has denied any such thing happened, both the touching up and the conversation with the accuser.

The Common Market was a great idea that was a vote winner - though we'll probably never know if she knew it would mature into the surrender of many European countries to the modern day EU.

According to that new book about her, she was moving from being pro EU to having serious doubts about it. That’s part of the reason Heseltine, Major and all conspired to oust her.

Senior Government figures are considering a series of proposals to “sabotage” the EU’s structures if Brussels refuses to agree a new deal or let Mr Johnson deliver Brexit without one.

I just read on Leave.EU's facebook group, that Steve Baker would nominate Nigel Farage as our commissioner.

The EU would love that.

I have to laugh when I read people saying that voters would now vote to remain. I, like the posters, have no widespread information, but I haven't met a single person who would change their vote to remain and those who voted remain would now vote leave.

Indeed Gordon, many friends of mine who originally voted to remain have become so disillusioned by our **** poor parliament and the gravy train remaining team that they just want out with no deal and to start again!
