team tractor
Slipped using the spindle moulder this afternoon. Guards and push sticks in place but didn’t think about the hand on the bed.

Scully
That looks bloody awful! I feel for you I really do. I know two joiners who both lost fingers to spindle moulders. I nearly lost the end of just one finger 18 month ago when I shaved the pad off down to the bone on a band saw. That was sore enough but that looks horrendous. That is going to take a long time to heal; I hope you're dosed up and keeping it above chest height. All the best.

Thank God I ate them before I saw the photo. Industrial injuries are never good news - I once worked at a plastic moulding company where an operator insisted on wearing gloves whilst operating a drilling machine, and duly lost a finger.
